Foosball League 2003 VIFA WORLD'S LEAGUE

SINGLES
1. Feb 17th - start of play
2. Open to Malaysian citizen or permanent residents aged 18 and above
 3. A minimum no. of 5 players to form a team i.e 4+1 reserves  substitution.
4. Leaque is to be conducted in Klang Valley and Penang only.
5. All leaques will end in a 3 days tournament, which is on March 14th - 16th.
6. League is play on Lowen Singles, Lowen Doubles, Tornado Singles, Tornado     Doubles, Mixed Doubles and Team.
7. All games shall be played on standard Tornado and Lowen Tables.
8. Players who participate in VIFA World's League can participate in World's     selections.
9. Handicap system applies.
10.Participant in the World's League will be invited to compete for two(2)        placing to go to the World's Foosball Championship in Dallas,USA(Aug/Sept)
